MEDIA INDUSTRY ANALYSIS :
India's media and entertainment and Media industry is expected to expand at a CAGR of 3.24% between 2019 20 and 2021-22 to reach US$ 25.56 billion by 2021-22 due to acceleration of digital adoption among users across geographies. India's sustained economic growth and the universal acceleration of digital adoption by users across geographies are the two areas that offer encouragement. THE COMPANY WAS INCORPORATED WITH THE FOLLOWING OBJECTIVES:

Undertake the business of, and to work as consultants on, advertising, publicity, public relations press relations and mass communication, types consumer industrial, sociological and advertising research, graphic designing including product packaging exhibition, designing, photography, photo typesetting computerised desktop printing, work manufacturing advertising objects, novelties, packaging other advertising materials and carry on business of advertisement and publicity and contractors various ways and manners including outdoor and indoor, newspapers, magazines, books, screens, slides, walls, buses, railways, other transport vehicles public places, audio visual display and prepare, advice, manufacture and construct advertising and to publish advertise the same through any media whatsoever.
The Company's business model depends on expanding its services to all the Taluks in INDIA. India has 5570 Taluks, Presently State of Karnataka 240 Taluks. By the end of the financial year 2022-2023, The Company is planning to Start its operations in at least 2 Taluks with a target of expansion to 98 Taluks in FY 2023-24, 140 Taluks in FY 2024-25. After Expansion all over India, The proposed expansion plans of the Company are dependent on various factors including availability of funds, infrastructure and skilled personnel and in the absence of any history of successful expansion in multiple Taluks simultaneously, the company specific risk is on the higher side. Security and privacy of the content, cyber security concerns, active filtering of unwanted content through ad-blocking software, mental firewalls, etc., audience customization, content management and government policies are some of the major challenges faced by the Company.
